Letter from the President

Dear Readers,

Your voices have been heard! After an overwhelmingly positive response to our reader survey in the first issue of My Home Life, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Not only did you tell us that you found this magazine helpful, but you also confirmed our belief that its contents — devoted to one of your most important assets, your home — are well worth our effort to deliver.

By addressing your questions and responses to our surveys and through our online presence at myhomelifemag.com, we will continue to offer timely topics that relate to you and the care of your home. While it is our passion at The Dwyer Group of Companies to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations every day through the services and repairs that our franchise concepts provide, we now add the exciting challenge of doing this in a quarterly magazine.

In this and future issues, you can expect stories, helpful hints, and home improvement ideas that will help make your home the haven you deserve. For instance, be sure and check out our new “Ask the Expert” section on page 3, where we invite you to send us those burning questions that only a qualified electrician, master plumber, or other trained professional can reliably answer. (Personally, I’m hoping the article “A Place for My Stuff” on page 30 provides my husband with a few answers, too.)

As for Frank Meyer of Tucson, Arizona, winner of our last reader survey, the only question he has to answer is where to go with two free round-trip tickets from American Airlines. We send Frank our congratulations and remind you that a similar award awaits the winner of our next reader survey on page 33.
