So you’re a pack rat. It’s okay, we all are in one way or another. The problem is when your pack-ratting ways prevent any order in the most utilized spaces in the home, like your closet. It’s hard to decide which clothes to donate and which to keep but be reasonable: the blouse you bought six years ago that’s about two years too tight doesn’t need to be in your closet any longer.
We recommend turning all your hangers backward, right now at the beginning of the year. Each time you wear something flip it back the proper direction. Whatever hangers are still turned around at the end of the year have no business being in your closet. Donate them!
