As we grow from childhood we typically look back to realize we were only mildly successful at finding ways to combat boredom that did not end in trouble. You might presently find that you were anything but mildly successful in passing that knack onto your children; with the footprints of summer stumbling toward your front door your kids will soon be celebrating long, school-free days at home. What emotion does that thought and realization illicit?
Even more closely impending, Memorial Day. A time for respect, rememberance, and preservation of honor ….. also, a Monday that the kids don’t have school.
