Worn Out Dishwasher Pump
Your dishes shouldn’t be coming out of the dishwasher dirty. If you start to notice stuck-on food, then you may have a worn pump-motor assembly or worn wash impeller (depending on design). This is a common problem that can occur overtime and use. To see if you need a new pump, place a glass upright in upper rack with full charge of water in the basin. Run dishwasher for 30 seconds. The glass should fill up. If not, then you will know to replace your pump-motor assembly or wash impeller.
