Baking Soda in the Bathroom
Keep things fresh in the bathroom by learning some new uses for old products. For instance, baking soda, which is commonly used in baking, doubles as a miracle worker with clogged drains. It does the job without potentially damaging drains like most drain cleaning products. What you need to do is pour ½ cup of baking soda, followed by a ½ cup vinegar, down a clogged drain. Cover it with a wet cloth, wait five minutes, uncover and flush with steaming-hot water.
