Educate Your Kids: Electricity
Children are naturally curious, and there are numerous stories each year of children putting themselves in dangerous situations, due to a lack of education regarding electricity. Teach your kids to stay away from fallen power lines and failed generators. Furthermore, be sure they understand “Keep Out” stands, even if they haven’t learned to read yet. Explain what to do in case they see a fallen power line or another electrical malfunction. Have them tell you about it so you can inform the proper authorities.
